EMFI’s Refund Policy applies to all donations and conference Registrations made on our website:

1. Donations:

All donations made to EMFI are non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be refunded or reversed.

2. Conference Registrations:

If you are unable to attend the conference after registering for the conference, you may request a refund up to One day before the event start date. Refund requests must be made in writing and sent to [email protected]. Please include your Registration details and the reason for the refund request.

Refund requests made after this deadline may not be honoured, except in exceptional circumstances, at EMFI’s sole discretion.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, and processing times may vary based on the payment provider’s policies.

3. Event Cancellation:

If EMFI cancels a conference or event, registered attendees will be eligible for a full refund of the Registration amount.
